Is there a limit to the number of design requests I can submit?
Once subscribed, you can queue up as many design requests as you require, and each will be fulfilled sequentially.
How quickly can I expect to receive the designs?
Typically, most design orders are completed within three days or less, although more intricate projects may necessitate additional time.
What’s the process for submitting project requests?
We afford the flexibility to request designs via Trello.
What software is utilized for project creation?
The majority of design assignments are crafted using Figma.
Who will be working on my projects?
You’ll collaborate directly with the Idego design team.
What if I’m unsatisfied with the initial design?
We’ll continue refining the design until you’re fully satisfied with the outcome.
How does the subscription hold feature function?
Should you have minimal design needs for a period, you can conveniently pause your subscription. Given our 30-day billing cycle, if you halt service usage for, say, 15 days, you’ll retain the remaining 15 days for future use.
Are there any design services not covered?
While we offer a broad spectrum of design services, a few exceptions apply. We do not undertake 3D modeling, animated graphics (e.g., GIFs), document design (e.g., medical forms), complex packaging, or extensive print designs (e.g., magazines or books).
Can I subscribe for a single request?
You can pause your subscription once your project needs are fulfilled and then resume it when you require additional services. There’s no need to let your remaining subscription time go to waste.
